押韵普遍存在于各种语言中，汉语如此，英语也不例外，如：
- Whether you fail or fly, at least you should try. 不管是一飞冲天还是跌入谷底，至少，你应该尝试一下。
此句中fail和fly第一个音为/f/，此为押头韵；fly和try结尾音均为/ai/，是为押尾韵。
押韵并非仅存在诗歌中，一个词组，一句话都可能押韵，押韵是一种表达技巧，非诗歌专用。
一、头韵举例：
