关于这个问题有两个说法：
一、God bless you是May god bless you省略may之后的形式。
类似的还有God save the queen.
这是may表达“祝愿”的用法，如May you succeed，祝你成功。
因为有情态动词may，bless自然就是原形。
二、Grammar Monster等认为是I wish that God bless you省略了I wish，that God bless you是虚拟语气，所以save是原形。
